They are frequented, not only by very knowledgeable and helpful users, but the engineers and designers of the various Adobe products turn sometimes to answer questions and troubleshoot. Even Thomas Knoll has put in an appearance a few times. There are forums for most, if not all of Adobe's products, and some are set up by platforms as well.
