I'd like to drop Pentax USA an email. Can't find an address on their site.
Anyone got an address for them?

It's an indirect method of emailing them, but it should end up being the same thing.
When someone replies, you will then have a direct email address.

An alternative, also, would be to call them up (toll-free number on the website) and ask. Naturally, it would be nicest of all if they actually did post an email address on the site, but since they don't, these two seem like good ways to get one.

I'm not sure what's more indirect about using a web-mail form sender vs an email address. They'll both be received by the same processing system. The web-mail template simply ensures that the sufficient data is in the message and reduces processing ambiguity.

I've both called Pentax USA Customer Service on the phone and used the web-mail form in the past. Both have netted a prompt and helpful response.
