I was amazed to see how well perspective errors can be handled with
simple PhotoShop operations. I only tried them after reading your
comments here. What a joy it was to see for myself how simple and
intuitive these tools are.

I guess so but I don't feel so constrained these days, I shoot to scan
so I can
always combine any number of images to create the DOF that I require
in the
digital realm. This was one of the reasons that I sold my shift lens
too, I'm
happy to deal with perspective errors in the digital domain.
