My ME SE has taken spells of locking up the mirror, transport, or shutter release lately. Have studied various sites detailing trouble spots for these cameras, and am trying to disassemble the body for repairs - but I can't seem to get the wind lever off. Do I understand correctly that the plain round cap in the middle unscrews reverse threaded (ie, righty loosy)? I've tried to unscrew it, but all I've done so far is scratch up my pretty camera. What's the best way to get that goofy thing off?
