Why? You have four-way selector on the back so it would be possible to choose any sensor like in *istD. However we still don't know what kind of AF system would be in 645D. It can be something completely new, but it could be old, three sensors layout from original 645n too - than selector one point - three points would make a sense. But I guess it will rather have multiple cross sensors.
