Reminds me of the time I called Colorado to ask a few simple ?'s and get a
catalog.
About 3 days later I got my catalog; via UPS, in a box along with a Pentax
cleaning cloth, an embroidered hat, and some
other stuff. Now ~that's~ the way to treat a customer!
