You're welcome.
An adapter like this allows me to use SD cards with both Pentax and
Sony cameras, essentially extending the storage memory capacity for
the Sony, and also have them interact with my Treo 650.
I can view JPEGs made with both cameras or with my computer on the
Treo easily using a viewer named AcidImage, which I find an aid when
I'm working on putting together a set for a project (rather than
carrying the Epson P2000 with me everywhere too, the Treo is *always*
in my pocket).
For me, that's worth the price.

Interesting. They want the same as on eBay, but shipping is free.
Pretty good deal. I have been thinking about one of these so I
could use a PDA that only takes SD cards with my Oly which takes
CFII cards. That way I could save about $150 on a PDA (Dell X30 v
X51v). But then I have to buy an SD card and the adapter so I may
not be saving anything, and the X51v has that full VGA screen. Hum..?
Anyway thanks for the link, Godfrey.

Yes, the SD card goes into the adapter, then the adapter goes
into the camera. It's a little inconvenient, but not
overwhelmingly so. To make it more convenient, I bought a second
SD->CF card adapter, that way I can have two 1G cards loaded and
ready to go, load one while the other is in use, etc. They're
about $25 or so for the adapters.
I have one of the card Rob mentioned. I ordered another from
PSI.com in the US ... probably the same thing:

US$29.95 plus shipping. (The website is very funky...)
Yes, they reduce card speed but I find it to be 15-20% with
Sandisk Ultra II cards, not 34%.

For you folks who wind up with both cameras you can get a SD to
CFII adapter and standardize on SD cards. I do not know if you
have to pot the adapter out of the camera to release the SD
card ...
