The flash meter makes reference to commonly used sync speeds but you can use the meter without concern for the shutter sync speed (as long as you use your correct sync speed of course). I have the meter of which you speak. It will give you flash meter readings regardless of the shutter speed you have set, provided the ASA is properly indexed, etc. ppro > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Jerome > Sent: Wednesday, August 01, 2001 5:01 AM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: X-sync speed question > > > > > Hi all, > > I'd like to use a flashmeter from sekonic (L308 or L408) and I wonder > how to deal with the 1/75th X-sync speed of my LX as the flashmeter > only propose the 1/60th and 1/125th speeds. > Anyone using these Sekonic flashmeters ? > > Thanks > Jerome > > - > This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List.
