Paul, But consider this. Pentax 645 cameras are SLR type... So the mirror, being rather big in size still has to make its move...
It seems to be rather obvious that flange distance of 645 cameras is bigger than that of 35 mm cameras. However, perhaps there is a an adaptor (with glass) that takes care of that. Though I doubt such thing would be made - very little reason to make it. -- Boris
