Markham(to the south of us)have a very good and determined society. 
Stouffville has one, but has yet to save a house.

Markham actually bout 10 acres and subdivided it so people can buy a llot and 
then buy a
house for 
$1.00, move it and restore it. Its a beauty stree, like stepping back in time.

Its to bad. It a great old house and if refered inside would be a fine asset.
