OK some questions on this beast:

What does the PZ/AZ/MODE switch do?
How about the pushbutton next to it?
Will Pentax still sell me a lens hood for this lens?
Has anyone been injured from carrying one of these things around?
Has anyone ever used one of these as a defensive weapon?
(If so, what was revealed in the autopsy of the attacker?)
Could they possibly have made that front element 1/10 of a millimeter larger and
still fit it anto a 77mm filter ring? (I doubt it)

Mark
(Off to shoot some photos and buy some 77mm filters (gulp).
