I used the Z-1p for six years and never got used to it. The dial was in the wrong place and I ALWAYS turned it the wrong way.

Both dials are set up in such a way that turning them towards the lens/eyepiece lets in more light. Rather logical, if you think about it...

The only people for whom this is an still issue is people who are still using film, and have no idea what they are missing.

I don't believe in cameras dersigned for one armed people. I've got two and the left can just as well turn the aperture dial as there isn't much else to do and the fact that the hand is on the lens anyway.

I occasionally focus and zoom as well :o)
