I just bought the CS version and started reading it this morning. Looks very
interesting
so far.
I just remember Godfrey mentioning it quite a lot in various PDML
posts and thought it must be something worth looking at. I was just
browsing through the local Barnes & Noble last week and saw they had a
copy so I picked it up to have a look. That's all it took :)
