This is probably a beginning rollout of requiring bulk email to come
from 'certified' mail senders. AOL is doing the same thing.
I've already warned the folks on the mailing lists I admin on another
host that the host operators will NOT pay for certification.

Yahoo has recently, as in the last day or so, changed a setting in
their email delivery system, and it is causing every email sent to
every PDML subscriber using Yahoo addresses to bounce. What fun

Until I have an hour or so to go through and see what I have to do,
and then spend a while doing it, don't expect much in the way of
PDML traffic.
