As should be obvious from my comment, I don't find these grips to my taste. I had one for my 10D and hated the additional bulk and weight, never got used to using the portrait shutter release anyway. Sold it after two months of trying to get used to it. I've never missed the option of the grip for the DS.

I understand others feel differently. :-)
