Hi Kenneth There is a bird and nature reserve at the river very near here for me to test the different lenses. It has some wood stands to hide well from the animals and since I do not know anything about the behavior of birds which is probably more important than the quality of the photo equipment this will be a good start for me. I will have a look at the recommended website too and have some books to read as well.
thanks and you will see the results Markus >>-----Original Message----- >>From: mike wilson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >>Sent: Monday, March 20, 2006 11:00 AM >>To: [email protected] >>Subject: Re: Re: Which tele lens for poor mans bird photography >> >> >> >>> >>> From: "Kenneth Waller" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >>> Date: 2006/03/20 Mon AM 12:26:32 GMT >>> To: <[email protected]> >>> Subject: Re: Which tele lens for poor mans bird photography >>> >>> Markus try this site http://www.birdsasart.com/ >>> Arthur Morris is acknowledged as one of the leading bird >>photographers in >>> the US. >>> >>> The answer to your lens question depends alot on how close you >>can get to >>> the birds.
