OT: printing pictures to specific sizes.

My mother is making a memory quilt and adding pictures of the family.  The 
pictures need to be printed in certain sizes.  Yesterday she asked for 2 
6inx6in pictures.  Is there an easy way to do this.   I am using Adobe 
Photoshop Elements 3.0.
