Lifespan of Delta 3200

Hey Folks,

 I've got some Delta 3200 that's been sitting in my fridge for about a year
now. I was considering burning a couple of rolls but I seem to recall
reading that it needs to be shot quickly. Anyone have any info about the
stability of Delta 3200?
