Subject: GESO: Editing my show

Here is a very first pass at editing the photos I will show at the end of next month:

http://www.jbuhler.com/html/sp3.html

The final edit will have to be 18 or less pictures, given the space.
So this will change.
I also made a very quick pass at the ordering, trying to mantain some degree of "flow" from picture to picture. It kind of breaks by the end though.

Sugestions on what to get rid of are more than welcome!

Awesome, mostly. There are a few that I think are below par: 1. the man on the bus
2. the girls in the fountain
3. the kid blowing bubbles

They're actually playing with bubbles blown for them by the street entertainer behind, who was dressed as a _really_ scary witch when I was there. I spent about 40 minutes trying to get something 1/10th as good as this. And I didn't even succeed at that.

4. the couple embracing in the sunlight
5. man with a beard, looking at a camera

They're ok, but rather ordinary.

Some of them are so exceptionally good that if somebody passed them off as
HCB or Erwitt I wouldn't be able to tell. This is photography of the very
highest order, in my opinion. If you don't get a book deal or something
similar out of this show I will be very surprised.

Cheers,
Bob

I concur. Well done, Juan.
