I waited too long to sell mine. I spent $6500 on it and got, no joke, $500 for it, even though it included a six month old new dryer assembly that cost me $700.

I tried to give it to the local college because I knew their colour processor was on its last legs, but they didn't want to give me a receipt for the donation.

I was horrified by what I was offered when I sold off other parts of my darkroom. Peanuts. Now is absolutely the time to build a darkroom on the cheap, if you're so inclined -- you can get top end stuff for what the bottom of the barrel used to cost.

Yep. Only reason I still have a darkroom is the ridiculous prices I could get. Plus, who wants to box and ship an enlarger unless you're making some real money on the deal.

Medium format film camera equipment is also really low in value these days. A friend of mine just gave me his Pentax 645 stuff because he isn't using it any more and doesn't feel like the hassle of selling it. Guess I'll clean it up, check it out, and eBay it. I don't have any use for it either.
