Shel, The advice you have gotten is good but most cost some money. If you want to try something for free there is Yahoo calender:
http://calendar.yahoo.com/ It requires a Yahoo ID (which is free) and looks pretty good. You can access it from any computer with web access. I do not have first hand experience with it. Perry.
