The building in the foreground is the Sentinel Building, and is owned by Francis Ford Coppola, and at least at one time was home to the offices of American Zoetrope, Frankie's film production company. I think the offices are still there. On the ground floor is a neat little cafe - Cafe Niebaum-Coppola - also owned by Frankie.
