abebooks.com has a few more, at more sensible prices, but it was
always costly even when new.

yes - I'd forgotten about this one. I have the 3rd edition, which is
now falling apart because I've pored over and pawed it so much.

well, I've never counted mine, but they measure 15 cubits! :o)
Every time I look at them I see another favourite. Joseph Koudelka -
how could I leave him out of the list? Marc Riboud, Eve Arnold... it's
impossible.
