That's my problem too I couldn't find a way in RSE or CF. So I converted
to TIFF and still can't find a way of discarding the unwanted channels.
How? That's why I requested -- step by simple step.

How many RAW converters can actually treat the colour channels
separately?
I have three converters to choose from; Pentax <g>, Photoshop CS and
Capture One SE v3.6, and none of them can do that.
