Both these lenses will perform very well for you. They have earned
permanent (or as close to permanent as can be) places in my camera bag.
I've been singing the praises of the 35/2 since it came out, and since I
added the 20-35/4, I have not been disappointed. It has done what I have
asked of it, which is, basically, to be wider than 35mm. heh.
If I were in your shoes, I'd have to go with the 35/2. It is, as Bill
said, a superb lens, and, well, when in doubt, go fast.
