Canis photoshopus maybe?

My initial reaction also.

I dont know, I've seen dogs that come very close to that in India. Most third world countries have versions of this dog, which is probably the least common genetic denominator of all dog breeds, i.e. a super mutt. It probably resembles the original dog, pre domestication.

Don't know about the lens but his legs are extremely long. His legs
are even longer because his feet are hidden. And his ears look like a
teddybear. The expression in eyes doesn't match his teeth. Exif
information is missing in the jpg.
Canis photoshopus maybe? At least a very strange beast.

Anyone got any ideas how long was the lens used for this shot?

Someone handed me a picture and said, "This is a picture of me when I was younger." Every picture of you is when you were younger. "...Here's a picture of me when I'm older." Where'd you get that camera man?
