Collin,
without wanting to be rude in any way, if you had read past posts
carefully you would know that:
RAW format is sensor data, be it compressed or not, and in which way,
depends on the manufacturer.
Converters may or may not be free, they can be standalone applications
or plugins. This depends on the manufacturer as well.
Personally, I use RawShooter essentials, which is standalone and free.
Look at www.pixmantec.com.
Cheers,
Pancho
[EMAIL PROTECTED] discombombuwhatever, inquired:
RAW
Is it truely raw sensor data or is it an encapsulated TIFF or other
uncompressed format?
Converters
1. Are they free or do they cost?
2. Are they components of other applications or stand-alone apps?
The more info the better.
TIA,
Collin
