There isn't such a film.
Your slow film choices are Ilford Delta 100, Kodak TMAX 100, AGFA 100,
Ilford Pan F+ 50 and Fuji Acros 100. I guess you could lump Plus X and
FP4+ in there too. If you wanted to make it hard, you could try Tech
Pan.

Large as you want. 16x20 is about as far as I'm comfortable with Delta
100 135, and that would be under ideal conditions. 11x14 is usually as
far as I'll take it. Your taste may be different.
