As a footnote to my answer below, I should add that it all depends how 
you upsize the file. Going from RAW to a larger size is better than 
going from a converted file of a jpeg to a larger size. PhotoShop 
upsizing is superior to that of some other software. For huge size 
increases, Genuine Fractals, which is pixel independent, does a very 
good job.
