When the local Costco opened, one of the most prominent signs was one
for dress code. From memory, it went something like "Apart from the
requirements for decency, men will wear clothing on their top half.
Everyone will wear shoes" This was Tyneside in November, where everyone
knows it is the younger females who have to be encouraged to wear clothes.

People were photographing the sign. It didn't last a week.
