Hi,
Mi friend's DL has developed a problem related to the
PC connexion.
He has the cable always atteched to the computer and
last Sunday, when he wanted to download their latest
pictures, he found that the computer freezes once the
cable is pluged into the camera, an even before the
camera is switched on !!
If I remember right, first the monitor goes blank and
when he turns on the camera on, the computer freezes
completely and he has to restart (resulting in a disk
scan).
Since the only change with the last time he downloaded
pictures was the installation of a webcam, he has
tested with another computer, with the same results.
He can watch pictures on TV with the other cable so,
can be some kind of USB cable issue?.
This weekend I'll bring my Ds and cable so we can test
further but in the meantime, any idea of what is going
on? Any similar experience?
