You can fix that tilting pretty easily in Photoshop... since
the photo itself is
not tilted it won't be distorted.  I do this sort of thing
by making the canvas larger
than the scanned image and then rotating 1 degree or 2 at a
time until the image is
straight.  On the thunbmnails I didnt notice any distortion
but then I have an
astigmatism :)
