to have real MLU with a cloth shutter?

Available on the current model. However, Av settings in half stop is a bit weird.
Isn't this defined by the lenses? Or could it be that aperture could be set from the
body. If so, the interface must be redesigned.

Almost certainly to make it competible with new flash units. Perhaps it can
synchronize at all speeds?
Its most likely a light update of the current model with only minor changes to the
interface to accomodate the new functions.
