Interesting. Bread around here is about $2/loaf, of course I just get 
plain Whole Wheat. Milk is $2/L and I've no clue what ground turkey 
costs, I just get Ground Beef for that sort of thing (At about $4/lb)

Prices in Canuck Peso's of course.

Frankly, when the Leica costs more than an F6, there's a problem. An F6 
is just as reliable (Far more accurate and reliable in the case of the 
shutter) far more capable and cheaper. Admittedly louder and bulkier 
though. I'd consider $2000-$2500 to be a quite legitimate price for an 
M7 or MP, but at $1000+ more, they don't justify the cost. Especially 
when I can get an M3 for $600-800 and the only useful thing it doesn't 
have is a built-in metering (Leica's TTL flash is a joke, by late 1970's 
standards).
