Aah - Peets. The company that has taken the Starbucks technique of over-roasting coffee beans to a whole new level. Sadly, the American consumer has been conditioned to think that bitterness is goodness. As Godfrey has mentioned, there are several local roasting companies in the bay area that are capable of doing a much better job. And I am very impressed with Trader Joe's selection (and especially with their Sumatran Lintong) at around half the price of other brands. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
