Thanks everybody for the comments. Shel: I'm not sure I will change all my galleries into this. I like it, but I need to work out a few details first. In any case, I would make the flash an option and keep an html gallery parallel to it.
OT, but you should look into DSL at least. I don't know how much you're paying for dialup, but you can get DSL these days for $15 or so a month in our area.
