Admittedly the design is over 20yrs old so criticism is a tad late, but
why on earth does this kind of design shoddiness happen? It is exactly
the same situation as ME-II winder remotes and Motor Drive A remotes
which were intended for the same cameras (Super A, Super Program, P5/50)
but also used different connectors. If the incompatibilities were
honest mistakes then they should have been corrected before the products
were launched.

I hope that our beloved Pentax was not exploiting their loyal customers
to earn a few extra Yen. I also hope that they are now beyond this kind
of behaviour and can respect us as a precious commodity, not as milking
cows.

Regards,
Anthony Farr
