You can try to find something to brace the camera against.  Window 
frames, trees, posts, etc. can help a lot.  In addition I try to use the 
same breathing method I was taught when target shooting.  Two medium 
deep breaths, then a third, lei it half way out, hold and gently squeeze 
the shutter button.  Sometimes that helps.
