I don't expect it either. But that's the spec and price point I'd aim 
for with a better-than-K10D body. A $2500 body would be more likely, but 
wouldn't spec out that well (well, I'm assuming that Nikon is not 
padding the price of the D2Xs too much).

I'd much rather see a K1D than a 645D. I don't think the 645D is 
particularly viable in todays market, but a serious pro body from 
Pentax, with SR and D2X level performance would probably sell much 
better and give Pentax a true flagship, which they haven't had in the AF 
era.
