Guys,
I'm pleased to report the MZ-S works just fine at it's maximum sync. speed
with my studio lights.
I was firing one head with the cord, and another as a slave, and both recorded
correctly on the film.
I assume there must be the difference in the electronics of certain makes
of studio lights that the manual warns about, that may not work at a 180th.
I have Bowens' Epirits, so at least they present no problem.

However, I did find that the PC socket on the MZ-S is not a very tight fit,
(for my sync. cord connector anyway), and I lost a few frames with the
connection working loose.
That was a bit annoying actually, and next time I'll try my adaptor on
the hot shoe, to see if that's a better option.

Oh, and as for the that little, black, screw cap that covers it.....I'm still grieving. :-(

Anybody don't want theirs.......I'll pay postage...<VBG>

Regards,

Max.
