Heh.  But they do such fun things when friends
point lasers at them...

(When I shop for myself, I tend to go fairly
conservative -- these were a gift from a friend 
who decided the basic black pumps I used to wear
all the time were too boring.  Might have been
extreme measures, but it did teach me that shoes
are allowed to be nifty.)

That's okay -- you wear flats at your wedding, I'll
wear heels at mine, and some sort of physics conservation-
-of-somethingorother law will be satisfied.

Oh, I hate it when they're not upgradeable.  I've had
that problem with a few of my girlfriends...
