Tap water's pretty nasty here in Pittsburgh. In fact, for a long time Lisa and I were wondering why our coffee tasted awful even though we were buying good coffee beans, grinding them fresh, etc. We finally figured out it was the *water*. We tried bottled water to confirm it, then went to a filtration system and the difference is night and day. Cheap coffee beans with the filtered water are better than the expensive beans in tap water. (Of course, the good beans with the filtered water are the best yet!) -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
