Dpreview is a fine source for information, but these shutter sound tests are not worth their bandwidth.
To put it politely; Phil is not a sound engineer ;-) If you listen carefully, you will hear that recording are made in different rooms, with the microphone placed far away in some cases and closer in other. I wouldn't be surprised if he is using different medias too. This has a major impact on the results. In short, the tests are far from comparable. WJHTWAS ;-) before making any conclusions.
