The only consumer zoom I've seen recently that does this is the F80-200 4.7-5.6 
(coincidentally, the same lens I put up for sale here last week).  It zooms 
internally, but when you focus, the front of the lens rotates and moves in and 
out a little bit.  I'm sending the two lenses we have at the store in to Pentax 
for servicing, so I should have a couple nice examples of the F80-200 when they 
come back.
