As would I.  I'm not sure I'd agree with you that it will never happen.
While I wouldn't expect to see it on a body the size of the DS/DL/K100,
the extra size and weight of the viewfinder prism would be less of an
issue with a larger, heavier body (such as, say, the putative K1D).
The one big drawback - obvious vignetting in the viewfinder with many
of the DA lenses - is somewhat ameliorated by the fact that the image
circle has to be a little larger than needed for the 16x24 frame for
SR purposes (although I don't really understand why the SR system has
to add that much more; to correct for 10 pixels worth of camera shake
is less than 0.1 mm of sensor travel.  Yet I've seen suggestions that
the total travel possible is closer to +/- 5mm.  That's something like
750 pixels on a 10MP sensor - does anybody really expect the camera to
compensate for that amount of shake?)
