Nice one, Bruce.  As someone else commented, a little more
contrast/saturation may help - try playing around with it.  Lose the
bird-like thing in the lower center and then there will be more focus on
the boat running under the bridge, which, imo, is an important part of the
pic.  Just curious, how many frames did you shoot - were you looking for
any particular fog/bridge relationship?  Were you thinking about the boat
speeding under the bridge and where it would best be placed?

I ask this in part because I photographed a cabin in the fog a while back,
and made about fifty exposures in order to have many choices of how the fog
would look in the final print, sometimes I just snapped a few in succession
while the wind was blowing, sometimes I waited for a particular look,
likewise for tree branches in the wind, which I see as somewhat akin to the
boat.
