Get the Nikon AS-15. It's got a locking PC Sync contact and a locking 
hotshoe (old-style screwdown rather than Nikon's much nicer 
quick-release locks from the newer flashes though). Way better than the 
cheapo adaptors (But about 4x the price at $40CDN or so).
