I was the same. My mother would walk into the room after I had disassembled/destroyed something: "David look at what you've done. It's broken now & you won't get a new one" I'd look up, smile, and say "Daddy fic it" (I had trouble with x's) He did too. Except for my Etcha-sketch (I had to break the glass to get into it) & an alarm clock.
