I ordered a black 77 limited from McBain Camera on Sept 1. They placed the order to Pentax Canada the next day. It's now September 29 and I have no lens. I've talked to McBain Camera, and they have not really found out any information as to when the lens will arrive. They say it normally takes 2-3 weeks for special orders to arrive.
Is it unreasonable to wait a month for a lens? Thinking of other retailers that I've ordered from - B&H had my 20-35f/4 to me within 3 weeks (and that's across the border), and KEH had my 43 limited it to me within a week and a half. Is this normal for Pentax? Pentax Canada? Anyone? Mike p.s.: I really want my 77 limited.
