David - I have large type all over the place - differently set overall , in Netscape and in Firefox... in Word, in Photoshop.... all those are set just right but nothing I tried ever enlarged the type in the little box with the http: stuff in it that is on the tool bar, no matter which browser I'm using, it won't enlarge. and, of course, if I click on that area all it does is take me to the page that the URL refers to :)
I'll try your suggestion when I get XP. ann David Savage wrote: > > Give this a try: > > - Right Click on your desktop and select "Properties", > - Click on the "Appearance" tab, > - Click on the "Advanced" tab, > - Under "Item" select "Message Box" from the drop down list, > - Under font size change it to one your more comfortable with, click > "OK" then "Apply". > > This will make your URL bar text, as well as the browser tab labels & > favorite text in Firefox larger. > > Now I'm using Windows XP x64 so I don't know if this is valid for Win98. > > HTH > > Dave > > On 9/30/06, Ann Sanfedele <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > I still have never figured out a way to enlarge the fonts in > > the URL location box so I > > can actually see them. > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
